Why Help the National Intelligence Foundation Support the Military Intelligence Community?

The National Military Intelligence Foundation (NMIF) seeks individual, institutional and corporate donors who share the NMIF goal of enhancing the prestige and professionalism of military intelligence practitioners both in the U.S. and internationally.  NMIF accomplishes this goal through three unique efforts. 

​

• NMIF sponsors events aimed at enhancing the professional development of military intelligence practitioners and recognizing the outstanding achievements of military intelligence professionals.  Our hallmark event is an annual Awards Banquet that recognizes the contributions to national security by military intelligence professionals from all the military Services and from national level agencies engaged in military intelligence activities.  Since 1985, over 300 deserving military intelligence professionals have received these awards, many of the recipients have gone on to hold senior positions in the Intelligence Community.

• NMIF provides scholarships to deserving students engaged in undergraduate and graduate studies focusing on national security affairs.  Between 2008 and 2017, we have awarded 54 scholarships.

• NMIF publishes the only semi-annual professional journal, the American Intelligence Journal, produced specifically for the military intelligence and national security communities.  This semi-annual, unclassified journal is widely recognized as the premier, scholastic military intelligence publication.  Over the past 41 years, more than 70 editions of this journal have been published.  All editions have been digitized and are available to any who support NMIF.  The latest edition of this journal is available at the Publication tab on the NMIF web page (www.nmif.org).

 

Your donation will be entirely tax deductible as NMIF is a certified IRS Code 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.  More information about NMIF’s organization, goals, and activities can be found elsewhere on this website.

SUPPORT LEVELS

Institutional Bronze Partnership: ($1,000 per year) Bronze donors receive a letter of appreciation and receive digital copies of the American Intelligence Journal (AIJ).  They are included on NMIF e-mail lists for all events and qualify for 5% discounts on up to two admissions for all NMIF events except for the annual Awards Banquet.  They are listed as an Institutional Bronze Partnership in all AIJ and Banquet programs.

 

Institutional Silver Partnerships: ($5,000 per year) Silver donors receive a letter of appreciation and receive digital copies of the AIJ. They are granted access to NMIF’s digital library, are included on NMIF e-mail lists for all events, and qualify for 10% discounts on up to four admissions for all NMIF events except for the annual Awards Banquet. They also receive one complimentary ticket for the annual Awards Banquet.  The Institution logo is published in all AIJ and Banquet programs.  NMIF will provide speaker support to one institutional event a year.

 

Institutional Gold Partnerships: ($10,000 per year) Gold donors receive a letter of appreciation and receive digital copies of the AIJ. They are granted access to NMIF’s digital library, are included on NMIF e-mail lists for all events, and qualify for 15% discounts on up to five admissions for all NMIF events except for the annual Awards Banquet. They also receive two complimentary tickets for the annual Banquet.   The Institution receives a complimentary ¼ page ad published in every issue of the AIJ. The institutional logo is published in the Banquet program and featured as an Institutional NMIF sponsor on banner placements for all NMIF events.  NMIF will provide speaker support to up two institutional events a year.

Institutional Platinum Partnerships: (Grant provider of >$10,000 per year) Platinum donors receive a letter of appreciation and receive digital copies of the AIJ. They are granted access to NMIF’s digital library, are included on NMIF e-mail lists for all events, and qualify for 20% discounts on up to five admissions for all NMIF events except for the annual Awards Banquet. They also receive four complimentary tickets for the annual Banquet. The Institutional Platinum Partnership receives a complimentary ½ page ad published in every issue of the AIJ.  The Institutional logo is published in the Banquet program and featured as an Institutional NMIF sponsor on banner placements for all NMIF events.  NMIF will provide speaker support up to four institutional events a year.  PLEASE CONTACT admin@nmif.org TO JOIN US AT A PLATINUM LEVEL.
