How Can You Support?
The NMIF is a volunteer-based non-governmental organization that relies on your donations to perform its missions. The NMIF seeks donors who share the NMIF goal of enhancing the prestige and professionalism of intelligence professionals both in the U.S. and internationally. NMIF accomplishes this goal through three unique efforts.

NMIF sponsors events aimed at enhancing the professional development of intelligence professionals and recognizing their outstanding achievements. Our hallmark event is the annual Intelligence Awards Banquet that recognizes the contributions to national security by intelligence professionals from all the military Services and from national level agencies engaged in intelligence activities. Since 1985, over 300 deserving intelligence professionals have received these awards, many of the recipients have gone on to hold senior positions in the Intelligence Community.

NMIF provides scholarships to deserving students engaged in undergraduate and graduate studies focusing on national security affairs. Between 2008 and 2017, we have awarded 54 scholarships.

NMIF publishes the only semi-annual professional journal, the American Intelligence Journal (AIJ), produced specifically for the military intelligence and national security communities. This semi-annual, unclassified journal is widely recognized as the premier, scholastic military intelligence publication. Over the past 41 years, more than 70 editions of this journal have been published.
There are a variety of options to support the NMIF's efforts to inspire, award, and sustain new generations of intelligence professionals through one-time or annual donation programs. The NMIF offers three categories of annual donors: Individual, Institutional, and Corporate partners.

Your donation will be entirely tax deductible as NMIF is a certified IRS Code 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. More information about NMIF’s organization, goals, and activities can be found elsewhere on this website.
