Cal Carnes

National Military Intelligence Foundation

 

Cal Carnes worked for the IC for 40 years with duty assignments as a counterintelligence officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Naval Investigative Service, the Army's Counterintelligence and Terrorism Division and the 902d MI Group's Army Counterintelligence Center.  He worked under contract for DIA's  Defense HUMINT Service and the DoD Counterintelligence Field Activity.  Carnes retired as a Commander from the Naval Reserve Intelligence Command.  He holds Master's Degrees from the Defense Intelligence College and the Georgetown University National Security Studies.  He is a member of Defense Intelligence Alumni Association, Association of Former Intelligence Officers, Foreign Area Officers Association,  Naval Intelligence Professionals, Military Intelligence Corps Association, Cold War Museum, InfraGard, and the Insider Group Special Interest Group.
