LTC Stephen Iwicki retired from the U.S. Army in 2005 after serving a twenty-year career as an Intelligence Officer.  He has extensive experience managing every facet of the intelligence process from raw intelligence collection and processing to strategic-level analysis supporting White House Cabinet members.  Stephen has successfully employed both foreign and domestic intelligence capabilities in support of national security.  He culminated his military career as Director of Army Intelligence Transformation responsible for developing fully integrated strategic planning, guidance, and execution of a significant redesign of Army intelligence personnel, capabilities and organizational structure while at war.  He personally supervised the concept of operations and implementation of six key Army Intelligence transformation

initiatives to include Project Foundry and Tactical Overwatch.  His Army assignments spanned tactical and strategic intelligence positions including: Director, Army Intelligence Transformation within the Army G2; Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO), Objective Force Task Force (FCS Program); SIO, White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP); and operational/combat experience in DESERT SHIELD/STORM, Haiti, Somalia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Iwicki began his industry career with SAIC (now Leidos) in September 2005 serving as a Program Manager, Division Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Business Strategy.  From 2013 to 2015, he joined General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a Vice President in the Defense and Military Intelligence Sector.  At GDIT, he had responsibility for intelligence IT and logistics programs across the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Federal markets.  From 2016 to 2019, Stephen was the Senior Vice President of the Intelligence Solutions Group of SOS International (SOSi).  In this role, he executed oversight and management of over 50 programs and ~1,5000 globally dispersed personnel supporting the U.S. Intelligence, Defense, and Department of Justice communities.  In April 2019, Stephen resumed to consulting within his own company, Blue Water Advisory Services, LLC.

 

Stephen is known as a results-oriented, forward thinking leader with a proven track record of success in a variety of intelligence, information technology, personnel, training, capture, planning, financial, and project management arenas. He has a well known reputation as a highly creative problem solver who excels in developing and leading high performance teams.  He is also a published author and seasoned spokesman representing industry and U.S. Army intelligence to governmental organizations, industry and the media.

Stephen received a bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences and Computers from Rider University and a master's degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.   He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course and attended executive training at the Darden School of Business.  Stephen also served as an advisor to the Industry Advisory Council of American Military University/American Public University, and as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Adventure Theatre and Musical Theater Center (ATMTC).  In his spare time, he is an avid genealogist, an offshore salt water fisherman, and serves as a member of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Atlantic Highly Migratory Species (HMS) Advisory Panel (AP).  He was appointed the Board of Directors of the National Military Intelligence Foundation in 2016 and serves as the Director of the Donations Committee.
