NMIF Night of Heroes Awards Banquet
The Night of Heroes is our reimagined Intelligence Awards Banquet, held virtually for 2020-2021 to keep our community safe while providing the honored professionals and students the recognition they deserve. We returned to in-person in 2022 and witnessed record attendance in 2023! The 2024 NMIF Night of Heroes is extra special, marking NMIF's 50th Anniversary.
Formerly called the NMIF Intelligence Awards Banquet, this is the nation's premier event to recognize the contributions of the U.S. Military Intelligence community, individual accomplishments of its all-star professionals, and the annual scholarship awardees. University Engagement
NMIF engages with students and university representatives, coordinating guest speakers to speak with students, providing information regarding NMIF and other scholarship opportunities, and planning educational events for students and young professionals in collaboration with universities upon request.

Virtual Career Panels
NMIF is an organization dedicated to engaging and encouraging young people to consider careers in the intelligence and cyber professions. Therefore, NMIF hosts regular virtual career panels bringing together a diverse set of exceptional current and former professionals to share their experiences with students. The panels provide students an opportunity to learn about potential employment options and speak with seasoned professionals.
